...Sometimes I think about how my mum or any of my family members will react if they ever stumble upon my blog. Then I shudder and post pictures of the dude snorkelling in Adam's crotch.

Their once pristine image of me will. completely. shatter.

Well. Not pristine exactly. I filter myself, but one can only filter oneself to a certain extent. I'll admit quite freely that I swear in front of my mum, but only mildly offensive words like damn, shit, crap, etc. I might have accidentally said fuck in front of my mum before, but I don't think she heard it.

And you know. Other stuffs parents and family members are not supposed to know. Oh, the Internet used to be my domain. Now, I've got family on my msngr contacts list and on Facebook. Oh God, how the world has changed.

If I could, I would keep my family still trying to light fires with tinder. Or at least something akin to it. Even my cousins. They're just too close for comfort, if you get my drift.

***

ZOMG, Muqri got me Adam Lambert's debut album, 'For Your Entertainment' for my birthday. Oh I heart him so. Both Muqri and Adam. :D

Speaking of my birthday. 18th December. My birthday party. I'm both excited and nervous about it. Cause I haven't had a real proper birthday party since I was 10. Thus the excitement. But because it's been that long, I'm not sure I remember how to host a party anymore. Thus, the nervousness. Is nervousness a word? Nevermind.

But if there's one thing my mum knows, she knows how to prepare the food for an event. Srsly guys, if you're coming, DON'T EAT ANYTHING BEFORE COMING. There is gonna be a massive amount of good food. Uncle Ken's Thai wife, Aunt Ladda, is gonna cook Thai food. Her friend is gonna cook classic Melaka dish, 'Mee Siah'. My mum herself is gonna make pasta and etc. Plus there's gonna be finger foods. Trust me, I had no say whatsoever in the food section. About all I can do is show up and eat. And so must you!

Show up and eat, that is.

Right now my problem is, I have no idea what to do for my party. Like...I mean, you can't just get people to show up and eat and...mull around pointlessly around a pool? Can you? CAN YOU?

Ohhh, if you've any ideas, please IM me on msngr. Please please please. I am losing hair over this!! (I wanted to say losing sleep but I hardly get sleep anyway so that would kind of defeat the purpose)

Please keep in mind that I don't actually own a house with a pool. I'm not that rich. I know people that rich but I'm not part of that social status. So if you're thinking of robbing my house, I just wanted to let you know that I live in a small apartment that has a public pool. I just rented the place for the night, that's all.

I'm also feeling stressed about blogging about my Thailand trip. SO MANY PICTURES. And Blogger is uploading pictures very slowly these days. And I get so distracted so easily. Doctor Who is a very effective distraction.

I mean. I will EVENTUALLY finish blogging about the Thailand trip. Just not sure how long its gonna take me. =/

Anyhow, here's another picture from Thailand to end this post.

Not gonna tell you what it is yet, but it is amazing. Day 5 of Thailand. One of my favourite places I visited on this trip. You will never be able to guess what it is.

title: Day 2 in Thailand: Oh Glorious Sea! [Part 1]
date: Monday, 7 December 2009
time:12:10
Woke up around 8.30am Malaysia time (please note that Thailand is one hour behind us, making it, around 7.30am Thai time when I woke up.)

Went for breakfast at a nearby coffeeshop. Had dim sum. Yeah, they sell dim sum in Thailand!!

Uncle Koo, Auntie Yoong, Uncle Leong and my mum. They had beef noodles and porridge while I had dim sum. :D

Headed back to the hotel after that and waited for the van to come pick us up for our island hopping! We waited....

Uncle Koo and Uncle Leong

And waited....

Kah Men, who's like my cousin once removed or something. I don't know, the familial ties get a bit blurry past my mum's cousin's husband's niece. LOL.

And waited....

Uncle Koo, Ben and Uncle Ken. Uncle Ken has a dSLR camera; I'm so jealous.

Finally, we decided to walk over to yesterday's tourist info center to ask them about the van (srsly, it feels like you can walk to anywhere in Trang!) and found out that they were waiting for us over there! LOL! So, ho hum, misunderstanding solved, we all got into the van and went to the Pakmeng Pier.

Ben and I on the Pakmeng Pier. Again, I'm not quite sure what our familial ties are; I think it's something like cousin twice removed? What does a removed cousin mean anyway?

Auntie Ladda, Kah Men, my mum and Uncle Koo, walking down the pier.

Some random Thai dude. But the view is nice, no?

Even from the pier, you could see a lovely view.

Onto the boat for a one hour or so boat ride to the first island, Koh Mook. Yes, it sounds like its named after Mook! Hahah! :D

There are nice, presumable comfortable seats on the boat/ferry, but we hung around the...prow of the boat, I think you call it? Sorry, I've never really been much good with nautical terms. Wait let me google it.

Ahhh...yup, I'm right. :D

My mum and Kah Men on the presumably comfortable seats.

Me on the prow of the boat.

Ben, Uncle Koo and Uncle Leong, all sitting on the prow of the boat. It's a very nice place to sit, because you get all the breeze. Unfortunately, you also get all the sun. :(

Kah Men and Mae Li, they're sisters, can you believe it? Thai mother and Chinese father. Probably why we visit Thailand so much. :D

It was a very long boat ride. You can take a lot of pictures in 1 hour plus. There wasn't really anything else to do aboard.

Don't you think that island looks like a pregnant woman lying down? Either that or a fat man. Hahah.

Mae Li is so OMFG cute, srsly. You think she looks cute in the picture? She's even cuter in real life. @___@

Kah Men, using her dad's dSLR camera. Ohhh, I am so jealous. I want a dSLR camera too.

Finally, after what feels like forever, we reach the island. Koh Mook. Otherwise known as Mook Island.

There are all these slabs of rocks everywhere around most of the islands off the coast of Trang. It's just amazing, really. This one was near Koh Mook. Look closer, you'll see there's a steel structure on the rock itself.

Aren't I just completely brilliant? I took so many photos of just about everything...except a picture of the cave we had to swim through. Brilliant, I tell you, just brilliant.

Anyway. We had to swim through a pretty dark cave...but it was all worth it because after the swim, you reach this lovely little cove that's practically inaccessible other than that cave (and perhaps a helicopter).

It's not something you see everyday, that's for sure.

See that hole? Yeah, that's the cave we had to swim through. :D

Okay. Part 2 will be about the last 3 islands and the rest of the day. :D I decided to split it into 2 parts because there are too many pictures and Blogger is quite slow with the pictures these days.

title: Day 1 in Thailand: Arrival in Trang
date:
time:00:59
We left the house around 6.45am and headed over to my uncle's place. Had breakfast although I didn't eat anything, just took a cup of plain water. For some reason I've never been able to stomach much food that early in the day.

After that, the drive was on.

To be fairly honest with you, I don't really remember much of the drive, mainly because I slept through most of it. Remember, I didn't sleep at all the night before, so that was my well deserved sleep.

I pretty much blundered through most of the morning, well into the afternoon. Even when we stopped at the border for lunch, I didn't eat much; just two pieces of bread and a few spoonfuls of char koay teow. Lack of sleep kills one's appetite apparently.

When we finally got to Sadao, the bordertown of Thailand, my mum bought these delicious-looking and -smelling fried chicken. Ohhh, how I wished I could eat it. But I was having sore throat then, so no fried chicken for me. :(

The roads in Thailand are pretty much similar to the roads in Malaysia. Even the view is similar.

In times like this, when you are travelling on roads unknown to you, a GPS can be your saviour. And thus, in several cases, it was for us.

This year, only 10 of us went on the Thailand trip. We went in 3 cars; Uncle Ken's, Uncle Leong's and my mum's. Luckily there were only three of us in my mum's car. Just my uncle, my mum and I.

I had the whole backseat to myself so I can sleep comfortable. Sure, I had to share the backseat with a couple of bags, but hey, I can use those as a footrest! LOL!

Reached Trang around 3pm-ish. Went on a wild goose chase for a decent hotel. We were basically just pressing on hotels with names that sound nice on the GPS. Finally ended up at Thumrin Hotel. Decent enough place and not too expensive either.

Dropped by one of those tourist information centers, the ones that sell day tour packages. Decided to go island hopping the next day. Sounds like fun, eh?

After that, rested for a bit. Stretched our legs, after that long drive. Walked around town, looking for dinner. Finally settled on one of those old coffeeshops which looks a bit suspicious hygiene-wise, but is otherwise a local's favourite. Had seafood fried rice. Yumm~ but a little salty.

Later that night, when we went back to the hotel, we played a few rounds of Cho Dai Di and Black Jack. Won myself 8 bucks. :D

Didn't really take much pictures because honestly, the notion of carrying around a camera is still quite new to me, after so long of being without a decent camera. But no worries. By Day 2, I have discovered the joys of an awesome camera. :D

It's quite late now. 1.30am already. So sorry for the choppy descriptions and lack of pictures, but I'm rushing this. So yeah. Day 2 should be up by tomorrow. Lots of pictures in that one. Look forward to it!

I ISH BACK FROM THAILAND!! Did you guys miss my incessant blog posts? Hahah.

Actually I've been back since last night but for some reason my Internet won't let me access any other website other than Facebook the entire day. Finally now I can blog!

Ahhh, I've missed the Internet. But travelling has been made so much easier now that my mum has Internet on her phone! I can check for partial updates (because her phone doesn't support Flash or Java; text-only updates), so I don't feel Internet withdrawal as bad as I normally would.

Symptoms of Internet withdrawal include but is not limited to involuntary typing movements of the fingers, moodiness, gloominess and increased irritability.

Thailand has been a fun trip. IMO, this year's Thailand trip was even better than last year's, even though the backlash of the trip last year was less severe. It's okay if you don't get what I mean, I'll explain it later.

So. I am gonna blog about my Thailand trip. Here's how I'm gonna do it. Simple enough; I'm gonna blog about it day by day. Some days I might mash it together because there wasn't really anything much that's worth mentioning or if there weren't many pictures from that day. Several pictures from several days might turn up in a later post, if I haven't managed to edit it by then.

But anyway. I shall blog about the first day right now and maybe the 2nd day tomorrow.

Total pictures taken on the trip: 200++

Ahh, I am so in love with my new camera. ♥ ♥

I am still in Thailand.

But I fought my way through rude concierges and crappy hotel internet line just to post this!!

... No actually there's this really neat feature on Blogger where you can type a post first and schedule it to be published on your blog at a separate time! Trippy, huh?

Anyway.

I dedicate this post to:

Pretzel President Zhiying!

Annddddd...

Phanit Suvanmani!

Happy 16th Birthday!! Hope you guys have a great one!

To Zhiying:

Known you for almost 4 years now! Getting handsomer each year! Better chance with the ladies, yeah? 8D Congrats on surviving yet another year in the yawn factory; what an accomplishment! Oh! And congrats about winning that fitness bet with Brandon! Kudos to you. Alright, what else to say about Zhiying? He's fun to hang out with, sporting most of the time, great leader, always provides the laughs with his stupid antics and...... very enthusiastic! And I think the best part about him is that once he sets his mind on a goal, he will work very hard to achieve that; and look where you are now, Zhiying! President of the Interact Club! Couldn't be prouder. :D

I think my fondest memory of Zhiying was when we went to Sunway Pyramid with a group of friends together and when everyone left, it was just the two of us waiting to be picked up. And his mum came first, so he offered me 10 bucks to buy myself a Starbucks or something to keep me company while waiting for my mum. So sweet! :D

To Phanit:

Known you for...actually, I can't remember how long I've known you. I suspect I've always known you since Std 5, but I only got to know you better since last year. The factory of gay dance moves! Hahah! Occasionally super flamboyant, always stylish, and constantly slightly loco! But honestly, he's damn fun to hang out with, you'll never be bored when he's around! Oh and girls, watch out, he may look gay, act gay, talk gay, but he is hunting down girls one by one! RUUUUUUUNNNN WHILE YOU CAN! Hahah. Phanit is gonna hate me forever if suddenly every girl he tries to hit on runs away from him... I was joking, girls. He's a very nice guy. And apparently, he's very hot. Or so he says himself. 8D

My fondest memory of Phanit yet is when he started singing in class while dancing with...a chair. And his song was about wanting to go home to play with his broken guitar? Mind you, this was after he found out he got quite low results for Chemistry, so this was his way of dealing with it. Hahah. Told you'd never be bored when he's around. :P

Zhiying and Phanit! Don't they look handsome? :D

Right. So. As I was saying. I was honestly just about to set foot outside my house to get into the car that will reunite me with me pineapple fried rice.

But I suddenly remembered that it is technically Saturday morning now. And if memory serves me correctly, today is Tamara's birthday!

Happy Birthday, babe! :D have a great one!

Sorry I couldnt be around to wish you properly and to celebrate it properly with you. Am incredibly sorry that I didnt get you anything either. But hopefully, this post makes up for it? Yeah? :)

How awesome you are, and what a wonderful friend you have been to me! Always knowing what to say or do to cheer me up. You're a perfect friend, Tammy, now if only you werent so far away!!

Well anyhow, I better go now. Thailand awaits me. :)

title: pick your love up off the floor
date:
time:05:07
I am leaving for Thailand in about 2 hours.

It is currently 5.10am where I am. I did not just wake up. I just didn't sleep.

Went for Kenny's birthday dinner at TGIF earlier tonight. Or well, last night actually, come to think of it. Nice dinner, great company, had lots of fun. Talked about everything under the sun, and then some other stuff which even the sun hardly ever gets to see, if you get my drift.

Don't have any pictures yet; Kay Li and Nadia has got all the pictures and neither of them have posted anything on Facebook yet.

But. Not exactly here to talk about that.

Point is. I was supposed to be asleep at 12am. And wake up at 6am. Mmhmm. But I just went on a downloading frenzy and totally forgot the time! Yesterday I thought to myself, "DAMN THIS DRY TORCHWOOD SPELL!"

I have to have my Whoniverse dosage, see; I just can't survive on rewatching old episodes of Torchwood anymore, so I decided to finally, FINALLY watch Doctor Who.

And. It. Is. Great.

David Tennant makes a great Doctor! And I love Billie Piper, she's got lovely eyes. Mmhmm, and the funniest part is, I'm kinda skipping from season to season. Cause you see, even though I quite like the Doctor and Rose and Martha and all their little alien adventures, I just couldnt resist. I just had to download the episodes with Captain Jack Harkness in it first! :D

And I didn't regret it one bit!

Anyway, my point is. I kinda just forgot the time. By the time I realised the time again, it was already 5am. I don't see the point in going to sleep now. So I'll just go and get ready and etc etc etc.

Wish me fun at Thailand! And luck with my iPod Touch's battery lasting longer, I've got loads of DW episodes to watch and I'm not sure if I can charge my iPod on the road. D8 Oh the horror!

Au revoir, guys! Till the next time! (Which might be awhile, I doubt I can use the Internet in Thailand, my mum would kill me for 'not being enthusiastic' about the trip. O.O)

Current music : Prelude to F Minor - Dennis Lau

I think I might have neglected to mention this before, but I'm going to Krabi this Saturday! I'm pretty damn excited, yeahh!

When I told people I'm going to Krabi, a lot of them stared blankly at me and asked, "Where's Krabi?"

-____-

It's in Thailand, guys!

I just realized almost every year I go to Thailand. Last year was Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Maesai, Phayao and the Golden Triangle. A few years before that was Bangkok and Pattaya. And before that was Hatyai.

This year I'm going to Krabi, Phuket and Hatyai. :D

And the best part is..... we're driving all the way there!

Yes, you read that right. We. Are. Driving. All the way to the land of pineapple fried rice and papaya salad.

Woooo, this is gonna one hell of an awesome roadtrip because my favourite uncle is gonna be in the same car as me! :D And it's Phuket and Krabi so there's gonna be lots of lovely beaches....

The bad news?

I think I'm falling sick. D8

Please I dont wanna be sick!! I wanna go for the trip, please please please please. :(

Pineapple fried rice would be so very disappointed if I didn't go to Thailand this year. LOL.

EDIT;;

OMG MY DOWNLOAD SPEED FOR THE PAST COUPLE DAYS HAS BEEN SUPER DUPER FAST I'M LOVING IT!

Usually it averages around 30-40 kbps, and if it reaches 60kbps, I'm already very happy. BUT. Lately, it's been hitting the 100kbps mark! I'm so happy can die!

Also, feeling much better after two Panadols, a Rinafort, a nap and one very sour orange. Hopefully will recover by tomorrow. :D

The clock has just struck twelve.

Today is a Wednesday.

Today is exactly one month before Christmas.

Today is Choo Yun Kitt, Kenny's birthday! :D

I've only known him for close to two years now but he is OMFG one of the most sarcastic, insulting, emotionless person I know!

And that is a good thing! His sarcasm always makes me laugh and he never actually means his insults and when I say emotionless, I just mean that he never ever gets angry! (Except for that time I had a dream where he got angry at me for almost losing Ajay's phone)

Not only that, he is also super smart! He always seems to be online and playing dota, but he still manages to score really good results for exams! RESPECT, MAN!

He is also the poster boy for laziness. Hahah. I offered him two free tickets to an AAR concert for him to bring anyone he wanted, but he turned it down because....."LAZY LA." swtlol.

Also, unkempt hair is so not cool. Unless you're Kenny :D *inside joke*

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KENNY!
Hope you have a good 16th birthday.
You're a great friend, not just to me, but to everyone else as well. :D

Jay Leno asks, "What do you wear when you perform for the Queen?" and Lady Gaga answers without missing a beat, "Latex and fishnets."

HAHAHAHAHAHA.

And this is why I think she is awesome. This and also the two videos below. :D

Live performance of Bad Romance on the Jay Leno Show. Love the dance! :3

Interview with Lady Gaga on the Jay Leno Show the night after the AMA's 09.

Yes, that awards show everyone's talking about due to Adam Lambert's 'controversial' performance.

Reading all the comments from articles regarding Adam's performance really pisses me off. Not only because I am a huge fan of his and I think he is an amazing singer (quoting Na, Adam Lambert is a miracle himself) and performer, but also because of all the hypocrisy and prudishness!

I mean, I might be able to understand why people would be shocked by this performance, but I don’t get why they should be 'disgusted'. Worst yet, there are ‘fans’ of Adam who are now saying that they’re no longer fans because of that performance.

Dear former fans of Adam Lambert,
Where have you been for the past couple of months? Did you just see him perform in the auditions of AI, decided you wanna be his fan and then went to live under a rock for the next six months or so? This is Adam; he’s wild, he’s over-the-top, he’s in-your-face and he’s controversial.

Say what you like about them, but people who are capable of generating controversy are the ones who stay in the industry long after the rest have faded. (READ: Madonna, Britney, Michael Jackson)

And, not only is Adam capable of that, he has killer vocals to top it off as well. If you think his vocals were weak in this performance, maybe someday you should try to sing and prance around onstage at the same time. Maybe then you’ll realize it’s not easy to do so. Not only that, the sound system itself is flawed, so perhaps its not entirely Adam's fault?

C'mon, it's the 21st century. We are breaking down barriers here. Technically, there wasn't really any NSFW. I mean, honestly? Dancers in skimpy clothes? We have all seen that before. The kiss with his male keyboardist? Again, been there seen that (albeit not a gay kiss, but then again, what relevance is there? Also, I would like to note that the keyboardist is straight and did not expect that kiss. He seems to be fine with it. So if you wanna mention the kiss, please keep that piece of information in mind). The simulated BJ? Oh puh-leeze. This coming from a nation that legalizes the porn industry?

Not to mention we are missing one very keyword here: simulated. IT WASN'T A REAL BJ. How the hell do people interpret that as softcore porn? By definition, softcore porn depicts nude and semi-nude performers engaging in casual social nudity.

Neither Adam nor the male dancer were in anyway nude or semi-nude therefore they were not 'engaging in casual social nudity'.

Okay, so parents are complaining because their kids were watching.

Please be aware that the moment you allow your kids to watch a live music awards show, you are opening the window for them to watch things like a lot of dancers in skimpy clothes (occasionally the singer themselves) and hip-gyrating and sexually-charged performance. Sorry, but that is what sells these days. Plus, his performance was the last of the show, meaning it was on around 11pm? What are your kids still doing up at a time like that on a school night? (I am, of course, referring to American kids, because school holidays has started here and to be honest, even when I was seven, I was sleeping at 10.30pm, sometimes later.)

And what about all those female singers, eh? As Adam says, it's utterly unfair that the music industry is condensed with female sexuality and almost no male sexuality. I mean, you have singers like say, Beyonce - whom I personally think is amazingly talented and beautiful - who's shaking her booty in a tight leotard in her music videos, live shows, etc. She has no need to do that, and yet she still does. I don't see anybody making hue and cry out of that.

Look, all Adam did was over-exaggerate the whole pop culture of sexually-charged performances. It’s his thing. He over-exaggerates. He outshines. And honestly, he is here to stay.

And obviously I loved the performance, even though I was shocked at first, I got over it and enjoyed the whole spectacle that is Adam Lambert.

That is all.

***

P.S : I know this seems really odd but one of the other reasons why all these comments pissed me off was because most of them weren't written with the correct punctuations. I know, I know; stupid right? But it's a habit I developed back when I was still talking to... well, you-know-who. And if you don't, well too bad.

P.S.S : Sam is coming to my birthday party dressed up as 'For Your Entertainment'. He described the outfit to me and it sounds yummilicious especially now that I hear he's developed abs over the past year like a great outfit! :D

P.S.S.S : I am also waiting for Adam's performance in HD. Muqri found it but he won't tell me from where. :( That guy likes to wield his power over me, I tell you! Hahah!

EDIT;;;

I was reading yet another article about Adam's performance (so shoot me, I occasionally have no life. Also known as the duration of time someone like Sam or Muqri takes to brb on msngr) and someone commented that the BJ thing was not appropriate at all. And then. Someone else replied to that comment with this:

I know this is serious to alot of people but..

Not gonna lie, when I saw that I gasped.

And then I laughed.

When I read that, I LOL-ed too! 8D

Anyway. You have been warned. Lots of excerpts of our conversations are gonna be posted, because they're just too goddamn funny. Of course, some are gonna be inside jokes, so you probably won't get it, but I'm just gonna post it up here anyway, so I can LOL again when I see it!

Since my birthday is coming up (aaaah, it's not actually. Its in about a month. But I'm so excited. haha) I thought I should make a wishlist so I don't have to discreetly donate your present to charity and then claim to have lost it.

Not that I have ever done that.

Anyway, my wishlist as below!

1. 'For Your Entertainment' by Adam Lambert. The album not the single.

2. 'The Fame Monster' by Lady Gaga. The normal version is good enough but if u can get the Deluxe Edition for me, I swear I will love you to death.

3. A cooling pad for my laptop.

4. A new bag

5. These burlesque black and white heels.

6. The Louis Vuitton tribute patchwork bag. Only 24 were ever made in the whole wide world and it's one of the most expensive bags ever, so good luck with that. XD

7. One of these Armadillo shoes by Alexander McQueen.

8. 'Bridge of Clay' by Markus Zusak. Which is a book. Which is supposedly coming out in November 2009 but I can't find any other info about it. :(

9. A ceramic hair straightener/curler. Which Sam says he wants to come over and borrow all the time. Ahh, if only we weren't separated by miles of ocean and land.

10. 'The Winner Stands Alone' by Paolo Coelho. Which is also a book.

11. These bags. I have no idea where you can get these, but I want them anyway. The red one. No no, the yellow one. No, red! Orange is not bad too...RED RED RED RED!

12. A new screen protector for my phone and my iPod Touch. And someone who can help me stick them on without any air bubbles. It's an art, I swear.

13. The 'Heartbeats' earphones by Lady Gaga. Although any other good quality earphones would do too.

14. A manicure like picture below. Yes, with that wire mesh. Or just a voucher for a mani+pedi is good too. :D

15. A big tare panda plushie. Big enough for me to hug. :D

16. Sam back in Malaysia for my birthday. :D

WOAHH. My best friend is hot! Not really my taste, though =/

Okay, that concludes, the 15 things I want for my birthday. But you don't necessarily have to buy anything from the above. Go on, surprise me by buying something NOT on the list. Hahah. I'm also pretty sure I forgot other things which I wanted.

Okay, got to go get dinner. Byee!

P.S : I just 'won' a kiss from Sam. Hahah, long funny story which you probably will not get. Don't worry, its just a peck on the cheek. With Nana's full consent. Hahaha, inside joke.

title: let's get this party started

Okay, previous post was pretty random and basically it's just me complaining about a video game which I'm pretty none of you play. Except Sam.

This one will be less random, I promise.

So over this weekend, many things have happened. One of the most important being that I drove a car for the first time! Hahaha. My birthday being on 29th December, I can't get my driving license till 2011. So I haven't really given driving much thought to driving, but the other day I was at Sierramas, and I saw Brandon T. driving his mum to the gym.

So I thought out loud, hey, he's hasn't had his birthday yet, how come he's driving?

Well, I guess you can learn how to drive before you actually go for official lessons. Hahah. So naturally, I got very excited. I spend half my life in a car travelling from school to various offices in various places to home. Finally, I get to learn how to drive one!

Unfortunately, it's not like I can drive my mum's Ford Ranger. I'll probably hit something, seeing as it's so big. So I had to wait till I came back to Melaka, pluck up the courage to ask my aunt if I can wreck drive her much smaller car, and then actually drive.

Okay, so I didn't hit anything. I am not in prison *looks accusingly at Na*. And my aunt did not get cardiac arrest. So all in all, I think it was a good first drive!

In other important news, I finally managed to convince my mum to throw a sweet 16 birthday party for me! :D I am so happy, I haven't had a real birthday party in 6 years or so!

...Also why I am now fretting over the planning. T___T

Because my house is too small, I'm gonna rent the poolside area at my apartment to throw the party there. So now I have to plan the party. Sighs sighs sighs. I need help to plan it! Any professional party planners, if you read this, please help me! I can't pay you but...can't you do a girl a kind favour? *gives pleading look*

Meh, giving innocent looks was never my thing.

I was thinking like a music-themed party, god knows how much of an obsesh I have over good music, srsly. Also, the colours green and red! Christmas colours, since it's so near X'mas. ;D But what about activities? I don't know I don't know I don't know. I need Shermun, I swear.

Nothing is set in concrete yet though so for all I know, my mum might just cancel the whole thing if she gets angry at me. LOL.

But still, just in case, keep your calendar free on the 19th of December? Okay? OKAY! :D

Sorry I haven't been blogging lately!

Uh. I just realized my 'lately' consists of 2 days? Hahah. The thing is, I went back to Malacca! :D

I haven't been back in a while, see, and I really was missing everybody back here. Well, not everybody but you get my point. Also, I missed playing Devil May Cry 3. And yes, I played it yesterday. I ish happy and contented. Although slightly dissatisfied that I didn't get enough time to finish Mission 18. I just know I can complete it, given enough time and tries. I mean, after all, I helped my uncle get through Mission 17, with the rotating cubes and spiky walls and the doppelganger boss dude.

(Fighting the doppelganger reminded me of fighting Persephone from God of War. I was wondering how the hell do you defeat someone who keeps healing everytime her life is in the red zone. Turns out you have to shine the light at her. Potong stim sial. Same thing with the doppelganger, except without the light, I can't even deal him any damage. I spent the first half of the battle getting beaten up because I was in such close proximity to him, trying to figure out why I wasn't dealing any damage, wtf. LOL)

Mission 18 is so omgwtfbbq. First have to fight an entire army of chess pieces. After like 3 tries, I realized that if you kill the King, every other piece will die automatically. Well, duh. How stupid can I get?? Then after that, these two angel dudes attacks you. Well, they were quite easy to kill but still they managed to deal me some damage. And I NEED every single little itty bit of my life because after those angel dudes, I come to this room with a tablet in the middle with all sorts of gems. And each different-coloured gem leads to to fight with a previous boss you have fought before. T___T

I then realized that I don't have to fight ALL the boss (OMG WANNA DIE ARH?? ...Which I did, multiple times), I just have to form a loop on the tablet, meaning, if I wanna fight as little as possible, I had to fight three specific bosses.

Cerberus, this three headed dog covered in ice which acts as his armour. Beowulf, this dinosaur dude who sends spiky balls at me and rams and stomps me. Lastly, Agni and Rudra, these twin brothers who's swords are imbued with fire and wind.

I can handle Agni and Rudra, in fact, they're quite fun to fight, cause I obtained their swords after I defeated them so it's kinda funny to see them being defeated by their own swords.

Cerberus, I remember it being not too hard, basically, once you break the ice on his head and hack and slash at his head, the damaga is quite alot. To him, not you. Except, you know, he bites. And claws. And sends spiky icy stalactites and stalagmites at you. And has three heads.

Beowulf. Sighs. You know how normally when you fight a boss, there's a moment when they stop, or when they like charge up to attack, so you have a warning to run or you have a window to attack without him blocking your attacks? I can't seem to find one with Beowulf. So while I was hacking and attacking him, he was stomping and clawing me up. T_____T

Needless to say, my first few tries, I kept dying.

Then I had to go home. Sighs. No fear, I doubt my uncle will be able to get through either, haha. I am so mean, but it's the truth. I am somewhat better than him at certain aspects of a game. I defend and offend, whereas he just...offends, I guess. HAHA. Meaning he dies pretty quickly.

LOL. Speaking of video games, did you notice my new layout and icons? I have an icon that says, 'Video games ruined my life. Luckily I have two more.'

Absolute ♥. :D
